These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Foodtech Pathshala (the "Platform"), operated by [Registered legal entity name], having its registered office at [registered address] ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18, or use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms.

2. Courses & access

On successful payment you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the purchased course content for the access period stated on the course page (or, for live cohorts, for the duration of that batch and any stated recording-access window). Access is for your personal, non-commercial learning only.

3. Payments

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay); we do not store your card or banking details. Coupons and offers are subject to their own validity and usage limits.

4. Refunds & cancellation

Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

All course videos, notes, certificates, branding and materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not record, download (except where a download is expressly provided), reproduce, redistribute, resell or publicly share any content. Sharing your account or course access with others is prohibited and may result in termination without refund.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, or upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content in forums, reviews or discussions. We may moderate or remove user-submitted content and suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

7. Certificates

Certificates are issued on completion of the stated requirements and certify participation/completion of the course; they are not an accredited academic qualification unless expressly stated.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Platform and content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid for the course giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law
