How do I enrol in a course?

Open any course page, click Enrol / Buy Now, complete the quick registration and pay securely via Razorpay. Access is granted immediately after a successful payment.

I paid but my course is not showing. What do I do?

First, make sure you are logged in with the same email you used at checkout. Payments occasionally take a minute to confirm — refresh your dashboard. If it still does not appear, email us with your order ID from the payment confirmation and we will fix it quickly.

How long do I have access to a course?

Recorded courses are accessible for the access period shown on the course page. Live/cohort programs run for the duration of your batch, plus any recording-access window stated for that batch.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, within the limits described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: recorded courses within 7 days if less than 20% consumed; live programs up to 48 hours before the batch starts.

Will I get a certificate?

Yes. When you complete a course (all lessons), a certificate is issued automatically and appears under the Certificates tab of your dashboard, with a public verification link.

Can I learn on my phone / offline?

Yes. Foodtech Pathshala is a progressive web app — you can install it from your browser, and save notes and selected resources for offline use.

I forgot my password.

Use the Forgot Password link on the login page to reset it via email.
