We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains when a refund or cancellation is available for courses bought on Foodtech Pathshala.
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not consumed more than 20% of the course content and have not downloaded any downloadable materials. Once more than 20% of the content has been accessed, the purchase is considered substantially used and is non-refundable.
You may cancel and receive a full refund up to 48 hours before the batch start date. After the batch has started, fees are non-refundable, as a seat has been reserved and live delivery has begun. In exceptional cases we may, at our discretion, offer a transfer to a later batch.
Mentorship credits/sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the booked slot. No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours are not refundable.
Bonus materials, downloadable resources already accessed, promotional/heavily-discounted purchases, and certificates already issued are non-refundable.
Email info@foodtechpathshala.in from your registered email address with your order ID (shown on your invoice) and the reason for the request. We will review and respond within 3–5 business days.
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method via our payment partner (Razorpay) and typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank. Any payment gateway charges may be deducted where applicable.
If you were charged more than once for the same order, or money was debited but enrolment did not complete, contact us with the transaction details and we will verify and refund the duplicate/failed charge in full.
