1. Data we collect

• Account & contact: name, email, phone number, password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Transactions: courses purchased, amounts, coupons, and payment reference IDs from Razorpay (we do not store card/UPI/bank details).
• Learning activity: course progress, quiz attempts, bookmarks, notes, certificates, forum/review posts.
• Technical: IP address, device/browser information, and cookies/local storage needed to keep you logged in and to run the app and its offline features.

2. How we use your data

To create and secure your account; deliver and personalise courses; process payments and issue invoices and certificates; send transactional emails (e.g. enrolment, payment, password reset) and, where you have not opted out, course updates and offers; provide support; and comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us operate the Platform — our payment gateway (Razorpay), email/hosting providers, and video hosting (Vimeo) — under appropriate safeguards, and where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Cookies & notifications

We use essential cookies/local storage for login sessions and the progressive web app. With your consent, we may send web push notifications; you can disable these in your browser or device settings at any time.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion as described below.

6. Your rights

You can access and update your profile from your account, export your data, and request account deletion from your account settings or by emailing us. We will action verified requests within a reasonable time, subject to legal retention requirements.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures including hashed passwords, encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and protected file storage. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you of significant incidents as required by law.

8. Children

The Platform is intended for users 18 and older, or minors under the supervision of a parent/guardian who consents to this Policy.
