FROM MILLETS TO MARKET

Day 1 will focus on understanding the millet business opportunity and transforming millet into commercially viable food products. Participants will explore millet selection, processing, product development, formulation, quality considerations, shelf life, packaging, labelling, costing, pricing, and market positioning. The session will help participants understand how to identify the right product opportunity and build a strong foundation for their millet-based business.

Day 2 will focus on taking a millet-based product from concept towards commercial production and market launch. Participants will understand manufacturing requirements, machinery and production processes, quality control, sourcing, branding, distribution, sales channels, and commercialization strategies. The session will conclude with a practical roadmap for building and scaling a millet-based food business.
